Jackson MMA is the place for you.

Whether your goal is to become a professional mixed martial arts fighter, learning how to defend yourself, getting in shape, building self confidence or improving self image, we offer a variety of classes ranging from self defense, Kid Fit, “Fighting Fit” aerobic and anaerobic fitness classes to full on mixed martial art fighter training.

At Jackson MMA our focus is simple. Improving your quality of life through the training of the Martial Arts. Judo’s founder, Jigoro Kano wrote that the end all purpose of Judo was to bring something of value to the world and we adhere to that same philosophy here at Jackson MMA. The point of training Mixed Martial Arts is not to beat people up and we have a strict code of conduct that prohibits such action. The point is to improve the quality of your life and to constantly improve as a human being. Through the pursuit of physical and mental fitness we learn to be assets to ourselves, families and communities as apposed to being a detriment to them.

In a time and place where trouble seems to be all our young people have to get into, Jackson MMA brings a new approach, a way to channel these negative energies into something positive. A means of building futures for those who think they haven’t one by building their self confidence and their abilities to positively deal with adversities. Something needed to excel in all facets of life.
